Two days to stop wondering what AI can do and start putting it to work.

Join the Enrollment Marketing Geeks at The First Academy in Orlando!

This is a working workshop. We’ll teach. We’ll experiment. We’ll build things together. And yes, we’ll probably make AI do something weird at least once. It builds character.

You’ll spend time working on real enrollment challenges with the Geeks and school marketing and admissions peers who understand your challenges and realities.

We’ll tackle AI from both sides of the enrollment experience:

First, your team. We’ll work through practical ways AI can support the work already piling up on your desk: family communication, marketing content, follow-up, annual planning, data analysis, everyday tasks, and more. The goal is to figure out where AI can give your team some time and brainpower back while keeping your school’s voice, strategy, and relationships intact.

Then, your families. Families are beginning to use tools like ChatGPT and Claude to research schools, compare their options, and make decisions. We’ll explore what that shift means for your school and how you can become easier for both AI and right-fit families to find and understand.

You won’t leave with a notebook full of interesting AI ideas you’ll never touch again. You’ll leave having actually done the work.

The Enrollment Marketing AI Summit

The First AcademyOrlando, FL

November 11-12, 2026

You’ve heard plenty about what AI can do.
What you need to know is what your team can do with it.

Can it help you respond to inquiries faster without making your emails sound like a robot wrote them? Can it help your marketing team create better content when there aren’t enough hours in the week?

What enrollment tasks are actually worth automating? Which tools deserve your time (and budget)?

How are other schools using AI without losing the personal relationships that matter so much in enrollment?

In this workshop, we’ll answer those questions. Expect to roll up your sleeves and:

  • Set up and organize AI projects in ways that support your needs and workflow
  • Learn how to feed AI the right inputs so your outputs reflect your school’s voice and strategy
  • Develop real communication assets (inquiry follow-ups, event promotion sequences, social posts, task lists, reminders)
  • Use AI to approach real scenarios like annual planning or enrollment data analysis
  • Explore trend insights and enrollment data patterns that inform smarter strategy

Who should attend?

  • Marketing Directors
  • Admissions Directors
  • Heads of School
  • All levels of AI-experience (everyone will learn something!)
